On the first day of the inspection, the client first arrived at Weilan Steel Structure's head office. Personally led by Mr. Chen, the company's general manager, the client toured the company's showroom and office environment. Drawing on a rich collection of physical samples, Mr. Chen gave the client a detailed introduction to the high-quality panels, core structural components and innovative joint designs that Weilan applies in the field of steel structure buildings. In the sample display area, Mr. Chen explained in accessible, plain terms the processes the client was most concerned about, including anti-corrosion treatment, fire protection and thermal insulation. Afterwards, the two sides moved to the foreign trade meeting room for substantive communication and planning regarding the client's specific project in Ethiopia. Together with Mr. Chen, Weilan's foreign trade team listened carefully to the client's specific requirements for the plant and project, the local climate conditions and the logistics situation.
Taking the client's actual pain points into consideration, the Weilan team drew up a preliminary project layout and proposed a customized solution based on prefabricated steel structures. On the second day of the inspection, in order to dispel the client's concerns about product quality and delivery capability, Mr. Chen personally led the team and, together with the client, traveled to Weilan Steel Structure's modern processing plant for an on-site inspection.
Standing inside the spacious, bright and well-equipped workshop, the client could directly observe the complete production line - from steel plate cutting, assembly, welding and straightening through to shot blasting and rust removal. Pointing to the H-beams and large components currently being processed, Mr. Chen explained in detail the entire process by which a complete steel structure building goes from detailed design to finished goods leaving the warehouse.
The client not only carefully examined the weld quality and dimensional accuracy of the components, but also asked in detail about the product's packaging and shipping process. Facing neatly stacked prefabricated steel structure components about to be shipped to destinations around the world, the Ethiopian client spoke highly of Weilan's strong production capacity and efficient supply chain management.
At the end of the inspection itinerary, the two sides took a group photo in Weilan Steel Structure's hall, giving a thumbs-up together and wishing the future cooperation complete success.
