The basement is a reinforced concrete structure, and the above-ground levels are a steel frame structure. The roof uses closed-type floor decking. The exterior walls are a composite insulated wall made of single-layer profiled steel sheets (covered with perforated decorative panels) + 40 kg/m² 80mm thick glass wool rolls + fiber-reinforced silicate board (partial glass curtain wall). All exterior windows are low-E double-glazed windows with thermal break aluminum.

Henan Fengzhiyuan Automobile Sales and Service Co., Ltd., due to the upgrading of its automobile dealership, has partnered with our Weilan Steel Structure Engineering Co., Ltd. to create an exclusive showroom for Fengzhiyuan Automobile 4S stores.
