It features a raft foundation, reinforced truss floor decking, and interior and exterior walls constructed from aerated concrete blocks. The structure is fitted with thermally broken aluminum windows featuring Low-E insulated glass, while the exterior walls are finished with thermal insulation batting and a "true stone" paint coating.
  
  

Project Background

Weilan has developed a rational layout and plan tailored to the operational space at Xinqianglian. For instance, the first floor features a communal lounge area equipped with sofas, coffee tables, a television, and a coffee and beverage bar; floors two through five house a self-service buffet area, employee dining zones, and a service counter; and the sixth floor is dedicated to a banquet area, designed to host corporate events such as annual gatherings. These arrangements have been adjusted and optimized in accordance with Xinqianglian's specific requirements and scale, with the aim of enhancing employee well-being and boosting work motivation.
