Recently, an overseas client from Malawi paid a special visit to Zhengzhou Weilan Steel Structure Engineering Co., Ltd. Our foreign trade business team and chief steel structure designer provided full-process reception and accompaniment. Both parties conducted in-depth technical discussions and business cooperation docking focusing on steel structure workshops, prefabricated steel warehouses and African industrial steel structure building export projects.
During the meeting, our technical team displayed the complete 3D model of the steel structure workshop through Autodesk Viewer 3D BIM modeling software. In accordance with the local climate conditions, building load standards and construction specifications of Malawi, we conducted detailed discussions on steel truss roofs, H-beam main frames, anti-corrosion technology of prefabricated steel components and sea freight packaging solutions. Combined with local African engineering requirements, our designers customized a complete integrated design scheme for prefabricated steel structure workshops, and answered all key questions raised by the client regarding steel material selection, project cost, production and delivery cycle, as well as overseas on-site installation guidance.
In the communication process, our team simultaneously presented the overseas steel structure project case library, the product background of our foreign trade independent website, and real-case photos of completed African projects. The client recorded various technical parameters in detail. Both sides exchanged optimization opinions many times on workshop span, enclosure systems and supporting steel structure facilities, so as to accurately meet the construction needs of industrial factories and storage warehouses in Malawi.
After the technical communication, the client visited our self-owned steel structure processing factory accompanied by our team. They inspected the full production line including automatic cutting, welding, rust removal and spraying, as well as finished product prefabrication and assembly of steel components. The client gained an intuitive understanding of our complete service process covering BIM drawing design, CNC processing, finished product prefabrication and container packaging for export, and highly recognized our standardized production and refined quality control system.
At the end of the visit, the Malawi client took a group photo with our core business and design team in front of the corporate brand wall.
