Project Background

North China University of Water Conservancy and Electric Power is a higher education institution jointly established by the Ministry of Water Resources and Henan Province, with primary administrative oversight provided by the provincial government; it is recognized as a Key Characteristic University of Henan Province. The university collaborated with the Zhengzhou Weilan Steel Structure team on the development of a steel structure practical training base, which has now been put into operation.
