In mid-July 2026, Weilan Steel Structure warmly welcomed a key Italian client, accompanying them on a two-day site visit to our headquarters and integrated steel structure manufacturing plant in Zhengzhou. The visit was designed to allow the client to personally evaluate our manufacturing capabilities, product quality, and customized steel structure building solutions that meet European standards.
In-depth Headquarters Discussions: Technical Exchange on Drawings and Samples
Our engineering and sales teams held in-depth discussions with the Italian client in the conference room. We displayed project construction drawings and case studies of completed steel structure warehouses on a large screen, highlighting structural details and adjusting design parameters to align with local Italian requirements for wind loads, snow loads, and thermal insulation.
Following the review of the drawings, we presented samples of various metal fittings, profiled steel sheets, and wall panels. The client carefully examined each component, raising detailed questions regarding anti-corrosion treatments, assembly methods, and thermal insulation performance; our technical team provided targeted, practical solutions for each point.
Workshop Site Tour: Inspecting H-beams and Rock Wool Sandwich Panels
After the technical discussions in the office, we accompanied the client on a tour of our in-house production workshops.
The tour began in the heavy steel structure fabrication area. The client observed our fully automated H-beam production line and overhead crane equipment, meticulously inspecting the welding precision, thickness, and surface anti-corrosion finish of the finished steel components, while also learning about our raw material inspection standards.
Next, we visited the insulation panel production workshop. The Italian client personally touched and sectioned the stacked rock wool sandwich panels to inspect the rock wool density, the tightness of the panel joints, and the craftsmanship of the outer metal sheets. He spoke highly of our rigorous quality control in the production of insulated wall panels—a core material for European industrial plants and warehouses.
