• Specific Details: The building measures 281 meters in length and 120 meters in width, with an eave height of 17 meters. It features a single span of 36 meters, comprising a total of four continuous spans. It is equipped with a 10-ton overhead crane with a lifting height of 6 meters. The perimeter and interior columns measure 700x380 mm; the roof perimeter beams are tapered from 1100 mm to 700 mm, while the roof interior beams measure 700x320 mm. The structure includes roof gutters and parapet walls.
  
  

Project Background

This steel-structure facility serves as the No. 3 Workshop for Gearbox Bearings and Precision Components at Luoyang Xinqianglian Slewing Bearing Co., Ltd. Weilan has developed a rational layout and plan for the facility, carefully tailored to the operational space requirements of the gearbox bearing and precision components project—specifically delineating areas such as production zones, storage zones, office spaces, equipment rooms, and clean zones. This design has been continuously adjusted and optimized in accordance with the project's specific needs and scale, with the aim of enhancing production efficiency, improving the working environment, and prioritizing employee well-being.
