The Luoyang Weijiapo Boutique Hotel is a two-story steel frame building with four uniquely designed corridors. The building covers an area of 1,800 square meters, featuring a traditional-style small blue tile sloped roof, reinforced truss floor decking, dry-hanging aluminum panels, and semi-hidden frame glass curtain walls.
Quality Control
Our company has a team of over 30 engineers who conducted precise and scientific on-site surveys and measurements, providing a detailed planning solution for the boutique hotel.
During the design and construction phase, Weilan optimized the layout and planning of the Luoyang Weijiapo Boutique Hotel’s living spaces. For example, the first floor includes a leisure area, photo zone, traditional small blue tile pavilion, a uniquely designed corridor, and indoor rooms. The second floor features multiple standard rooms, deluxe rooms, suites, and specialty rooms. Adjustments and optimizations were made based on the hotel’s specific needs and scale, enhancing the comfort of its guests.
For post-construction maintenance, we offer a one-year free warranty and five years of follow-up services. We guarantee a 24-hour on-site response within the province and a 48-hour response for out-of-province locations, ensuring the boutique hotel enjoys reliable, worry-free service.
