- Each bay is equipped with eight QD-type double-girder overhead cranes rated for medium-duty service. The foundation consists of isolated footings combined with reinforced concrete grade beams. The structural system is a single-story, lightweight portal rigid frame. The roofing assembly comprises steel wire mesh, a waterproof and breathable membrane, a 75 mm thick layer of glass wool insulation, and 0.5 mm thick aluminum-zinc coated profiled steel sheeting (Model YX760). The exterior walls feature a 240 mm thick masonry base constructed from porous concrete bricks up to a height of 1.200 meters, while the section above 1.200 meters utilizes 50 mm thick polyurethane-edge-sealed rock wool composite panels. The perimeter of the plant is fitted with eight industrial-grade sliding doors, each measuring 6.5 x 6.2 meters.
