In September 2026, Weilan Steel Structure welcomed a group of clients from Kyrgyzstan to our factory in Zhengzhou, China, for a two-day factory visit and technical exchange.
During their visit, the clients toured our steel structure fabrication workshop, material and accessory processing facilities, and an active construction site. They also met with our engineering and project management teams to discuss the requirements of a steel structure project in Kyrgyzstan.
The visit provided an opportunity for both sides to gain a better understanding of each other's capabilities, discuss technical requirements in person, and explore potential cooperation.
The first day began with a tour of our main steel structure fabrication workshop.
Our team introduced the clients to the key stages of steel structure manufacturing, from raw material processing to finished structural components. The visitors observed CNC cutting equipment, H-beam assembly and welding lines, overhead cranes, shot-blasting equipment, and coating facilities.

The clients also had the opportunity to inspect steel components and discuss material quality, welding processes, surface treatment, and dimensional control directly with our production team.
For international customers, seeing the manufacturing process firsthand provides a clearer understanding of how a steel structure building is produced before it is shipped to the project site.
The clients then visited our material and accessory processing facilities.
A complete prefabricated steel building includes more than the main steel frame. Secondary components and building accessories also play an important role in structural performance, installation efficiency, and long-term service.
Our team introduced the production and processing of components such as C/Z purlins, bracing systems, connection plates, roofing components, wall components, and other steel building accessories.
The clients were able to see how these components are processed and prepared for use together with the main steel structure.
This integrated approach helps Weilan maintain better coordination between structural fabrication, secondary components, quality inspection, and project requirements.
As part of the factory visit, the Kyrgyzstan clients also visited an active steel structure construction site.
The site visit allowed them to see how prefabricated steel components are assembled and erected after leaving the factory.
Our team explained the general installation process and discussed the coordination of structural frames, roof systems, wall systems, and connection details.
For overseas steel building projects, the connection between factory manufacturing and on-site installation is particularly important. Accurate fabrication, clear shop drawings, proper component identification, and effective technical communication can all contribute to a smoother installation process.
On the second day, the clients visited our office and held a technical meeting with Weilan's engineering and project management teams.
Representatives from structural engineering, 3D design, drafting, project management, production, and quality control participated in the discussion.
