Step 1: Finished Product Inspection — Control Quality at the Source
After welding, shot blasting, and anti-corrosion primer coating, all steel columns, beams, connecting plates, and attachments go through comprehensive inspection.
Our QC team verifies dimensional tolerance, bolt hole positioning, welding workmanship, and coating thickness strictly against construction drawings. Any defective units will be rejected. Only qualified steel parts can move to the next stage.

Step 2: Warehouse Dispatch — Sort Components with Clear Marking
Qualified steel members are transported to the finished goods yard and stacked by project zone and erection sequence. Each component carries a unique tag showing type, mark number, and installation location.
