Step 1: Finished Product Inspection — Control Quality at the Source

After welding, shot blasting and anti-corrosion primer coating, all steel columns, beams, connecting plates and attachments go through comprehensive inspection.
Our QC team verifies dimensional tolerance, bolt hole positioning, welding workmanship and coating thickness strictly against construction drawings. Any defective units will be rejected. Only qualified steel parts can move to the next stage.

Step 2: Warehouse Dispatch — Sort Components with Clear Marking

Qualified steel members are transported to the finished goods yard and stacked by project zone and erection sequence. Each component carries a unique tag showing type, mark number and installation location. Clear marking prevents confusion during packing, container stuffing and unloading at overseas construction sites.

Step 5: Container Stuffing — Compact Layout & Secure Fixation

Large and small steel components are arranged alternately inside the container. Small fittings fill spare spaces to make full use of container capacity. After stuffing, all cargo is firmly lashed to prevent shifting and collision on rough ocean voyages, protecting steel members for long sea transportation.

Step 6: Container Sealing & Shipment — Complete Document & Visual Records

Once stuffing inspection is finished, container doors will be closed and sealed. We keep full photo records of the whole loading process and share all pictures with clients.
